It is the responsibility of every Waqf-e-Nau to update their personal details, address, and contact details with Markaz. In order to do that, every time a Waqf-e-Nau comes from abroad to the USA must fill out the Country Change Form. This is in addition to the T1 form you need to submit with USA Jama’at at here.
