If you recently moved to the USA from another country, please fill out the two forms in this order:
- T1 – New/Change Membership Information (Submit T1 Online)
- Country Change Form on Waqf-e-Nau USA (Without this form, you cannot be considered or confirmed as Waqf-e-Nau in USA Jama’at)
If you have a new-born baby born in your family who is a Waqf-e-Nau, you need to follow following process:
- T3 – Newborn Info (Submit T3 Online)
- Fill out the PF Form sent to you from Markaz via mail/Local Sadr/Secretary & National Department. Follow the instructions at: https://www.waqfenau.us/how-to-dedicate-an-unborn-child/
- Once you receive the certificate from Markaz, inform the Waqf-e-Nau Department & your Local Secretary at https://www.waqfenau.us/contact-us/
